How do I make an appointment?

You can schedule an appointment in one of two ways:

Most patients are able to be admitted within a week.

How many days will I be at the clinic?

You will only need to be at the clinic for one full day. After the initial consultation, you will take the treatment home and return in six months for a check-up and refill of tonic and supplements.

In rare cases in which MRI or CT scans are necessary and unable to be scheduled the same day, you may be asked to come back a second day.

Note: The clinic has four rooms available for patients who will be staying at the clinic for multiple days.

What should I expect at my visit?

Our medical team will take time to listen to you, look over your medical history, and perform an examination. You will receive your treatment and detailed treatment instructions to take home.

What do I need to bring with me?

You should bring:

  • Printed copies of your most recent medical records and lab results
  • Any X-rays, CT scans, PET scans, or MRIs
  • Initial diagnostic report or pathology (biopsy), if available

Only results from the last three months are needed.

Where can I stay, and how can I get to the clinic?

Do I need to prepare physically for my appointment?

Yes. Patients are required to fast starting at 10 p.m. the night before your appointment.

What time should I arrive for my appointment?

You should arrive before 9 a.m. on the day of your appointment.

What time will I be finished at the clinic?

Be prepared to stay at the clinic for a full day.

Is there a place to eat on site?

Yes, we have a small café on site. Please bring cash for the café.

How long will I be on the treatment?

Our doctors require patients to stay on the treatment approximately 4–5 years, depending on the diagnosis, treatments received, and condition of the patient.

Can I come to the clinic for a check-up if I don’t have cancer?

Yes, our doctors perform a thorough physical exam for many different types of ailments.

What conditions do you treat?

We treat all types of malignancies. The following is a brief list of some of the ailments other than cancer that we treat with acceptable success:

  • Arthritis
  • Circulatory ailments
  • Emphysema
  • Kidney problems
  • Lupus
  • Prostate problems

Is traveling to Mexico safe?

Yes. We have never had a safety issue with any of our patients.

How do I transport my treatment through the airport?

The Hoxsey treatment is liquid and packaged in a glass bottle. You will receive anywhere from one to three 16-ounce glass bottles of tonic, which will need to be checked with your luggage.

Will I have any problems taking the tonic and supplements across the border?

No. You will have a prescription from the doctor in your name.

Which airport should I fly into?

The nearest airport in the U.S. is San Diego (SAN), and the nearest airport in Mexico is Tijuana, B.C. (TIJ). Most patients fly into San Diego – it is roughly a 30-minute drive to the clinic from the airport.

Do I need a passport?

Yes, a passport is required for all international travelers visiting Mexico.

What if I am unable to travel?

We encourage patients to visit the clinic to be evaluated. However, our patients’ health is our primary concern. If the patient is unable to travel, then a relative or friend can bring the most current medical records and meet with the doctor for the first time. Future visits will depend on the condition of the patient.

Pricing

What is the price of treatment?

Treatment costs between $1,800 and $2,800 USD. This cost includes:

  • Consultations with your doctor
  • Lab testing
  • X-rays
  • 6 months of Hoxsey Tonic
  • 3–6 months of extra supplements

If additional testing is needed, will that be included in my fee?

If CT scans, MRI’s, or Ultrasounds are needed, they will be performed at an additional charge.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept credit card, U.S. personal check, travelers check, or cash.

Do you accept Medicare?
